No. BFF cards are not part of the Food Deck. They exist solely to represent your favourite food and unlock bonus effects. Think of it as your secret identity.
Yes. once revealed, your BFF card's benefits last for the rest of the game.
No. The bonus point only applies if you play a Food card from your hand at the time of the Nom.

You can remove 1 [Spicy Attack!] card at the end of your turn — it goes to the Action Discard Pile. Note that [Spicy Attack!] is stackable, so if multiple cards are on your food, you can only remove 1 per turn.
You can flip your table back to its normal position at the end of your turn.
Yes. as you are still in Action phase.
No. Your opponent holds their cards face down and you pick without looking.
Do not reshuffle. Draw from the top of the Food Discard Pile instead. If both the deck and discard pile are empty, skip your Food draw step until cards become available again. (Note: Food Recycling Action can replenish the Food Deck.)
Shuffle the Action Discard Pile and use it as the new Action Deck.
